Present a document

Starting a presentation

Choose Present from the document menu to switch to a full-screen, page-by-page view. A slim title bar stays at the top with an Exit button, and a floating page counter sits at the bottom — the page itself takes up the rest of the screen.

Moving through pages

Tap the page to advance on iPhone and iPad, or use the page-counter control at the bottom; on Mac, the arrow keys move forward and back. There's no separate export step or conversion to a slideshow format, since Present works directly from the PDF you already have.

Ending a presentation

Press Escape on Mac, or tap the Exit button in the title bar on iPhone and iPad, and you're back in the editor exactly where you left off.
