Reordering and rotating

Switch to Pages mode to see every page as a thumbnail. Drag a thumbnail to move it, or rotate a page that came in sideways with a tap.

Cropping, duplicating, and deleting

Crop trims a page's visible bounds without touching its content; duplicate copies a page in place, useful for building a template you'll edit differently on each copy; delete removes a page outright. All three apply immediately and are undoable until you close the document.
