Ask about a document

Starting a conversation

Choose Ask from the editor's toolbar to open a chat drawer scoped to just that document. A handful of suggestions get you started, including "What are the key points?" and "Summarize this document," or you can type your own question.

Citations

Every answer cites the pages it drew from, and tapping a citation jumps straight to that page in the document. Answers are grounded in the document's actual text, retrieved from the on-device index described in Search your library, rather than recalled from general knowledge.
